Propellerheads made a excellent piece of software with THOR. Vengeance already made some factory presets for THOR but there are much more possibilities with this synthesizer – so Vengeance decided to make an additional, 128 presets containing soundset for THOR. Wishing everyone a happy holidays and to celebrate I’ve attached a small refill that contains 15 patches for the ever youthful and magnificent Thor. Some patches make use of both aftertouch and modwheel so you’ll benefit in expressiveness if you have a keyboard with aftertouch. 5 of these patches are of the experimental, self-educational type (for me). I’ve created 3 patches where I try to create new 4P LP filters by cascading the current filters in 2P LP mode in various ways. Then there are 2 patches that make use of OSC3 as a LFO/modulator. The remaining patches are pretty much pads. The Vangelis patch isn’t very accurate but still useful.
